Our company commits to environmental excellence through the following actions:
- Waste Water Discharges: Basically only the water used for sanitary service is discharged. The water that is used for the cooling systems of the equipment and molds is in a closed circuit, avoiding loss by evaporation and the discharge of this water to the municipal sewage. This leads to the rational use of water by not sending contaminated water to the sewer.
- Solid Waste: Garbage generated in offices, toilets and cafeteria is separated in a post process. Solid waste such as cardboard and rags contaminated with oil are carried out by a dedicated company, legally authorized for disposal and/or containment. This company gives an adequate management in order to avoid damage to the environment.
- Resins: There is a specific waste-management procedure for the 3 types of plastics we use: PET, Polyethylene and Polypropylene. The dedicated companies that collect, both the plasters for purges in process and the loss generated by defects in the bottles, can give the appropriate treatment for recycling.
- Oil: The oil used in the machines is constantly checked and when it requires change it is delivered to a company with the necessary permits for its adequate disposal. With this procedure we ensure that soil and aquifers are not contaminated.
- MPT takes care of the environment, we produces with special care, with the attention given to the fact that large-scale manufacture does not disturb living beings and things, the natural as well as the cultural. Thus, MPT takes special care that the factory does not generate emissions of gases to the atmosphere.
